My wife and I have just had Two Awnings installed by Central Florida Awnings Company.. We researched other companies and prices and found for the money and the quality of the product it was hands down Central Florida Awnings to do the job.The quality of the material used which include Two Awnings with LED lighting and privacy shades all motorized and installed with a limited 10 year warranty was great. The Installers were knowledgeable and spent time explaining how the lighting and motion sensor along with adjusting the awning pitch was informative. This is a family business and you could see the dedication to having a satisfied customer was important to them. So if your shopping around, before making the final decision on who to go with. Our original Sunsetter awning stopped working after 13 years of service and Central Florida Awning was extremely easy to work with. The awning we ordered was delivered very quickly, the installers Curtis and Chris were very efficient, polite and cleaned up the entire are after the work was completed. They took the time to remove the original 3 brackets, replaced them with 5 new ones and went over every item I needed to know about the new awning. I would recommend Central Florida Awning to anyone because of the quick, polite and clean service. Curtis and Chris went above and beyond what I thought was necessary. Thank you ~ Karen N

I saw Jamie’s commercial on Instagram and wanted to contact him. A neighbor said he had an awning guy at his house and did I want him to stop by. I said yes. Much to my surprise it was Jamie. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him what I wanted then he explained everything about the awnings. We sat down and I purchased an awning and privacy shades for my pool cage. The installation crew (Chris) were great. They kept me informed by phone since I was not at home. I am very pleased with them and service after the sale. Jamie showed up very soon after we called and spent the time to explain everything we wanted to know about awnings. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. After contacting with them, the installers came a week later with our awning. They team was awesome and installed it quickly and expertly. They explained all the nuances of the awning and the remotes for the awning and wind sensor. All in all from the first phone call to the installers leaving, it was a great experience and we highly recommend them. Plus we were given a bottle of Lakeridge Winery wine! Thanks!! ~ Pat C

Excellent! Could not have done anything better! Owner Jamie was punctual in coming onsite to provide the estimate. The techs Chris & Ryan were punctual, courteous and quick. Everything works perfectly. I have used this company twice in the past to service our old awning unit. Fast forward to now, the unit was 17 years old and it was time to replace with compete new unit. We purchased a SunPro. Chris gave detailed instructions, line by line on the installation check list. I am very happy with this company and love our new SunPro awning. ~ Katherine G

Central Florida Awnings has been a great company to work with. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They installed my Sunsetter awning almost 5 years ago and have taken wonderful care in installing and adjusting my awning when necessary. I had some maintenance done on my awning today and the 2 gentlemen that did my repairs, Curtis and Chris, were outstanding. Ryan and Chris came out for a service call and they were great!! They gave us an overview of our awning, fixed a balance issue (awning was leaning) and installed a wind sensor. We have a better understanding of how to use the awning now - we are new to Florida and didn’t have an awning before (and no paperwork to refer to). They were knowledgeable and friendly. I love my new awning from Central Florida Awnings. Jamie, who educated me on awnings without being pushy, was professional, friendly and listened to my needs. Chris and Ryan, the installers, know what they are doing and careful with the whole installation. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to adjust the awning. Very pleased with the awning and shade screen. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and skillful in the installation. Curtis and his coworker have addressed problems quickly and explained how to use and care for the awning and the shade in a professional and easy to understand manner. 1000 percent recommend ! We met with Jamie (the owner) on Wednesday He explained our options, warranty and pricing. Jamie is responsive to his customers long term! I bought an awning from him 5 years ago. Recently, I texted him, telling him that my awning remote wasn’t responding. Even though we had not communicated for 5 years, he took my call and instructed me over the phone, which allowed the problem to be solved quickly. A Facebook ad led us to CFA’s and we have NO REGRETS. The owner came—-NO PRESSURE sales—-we ordered THREE awnings for our pool area in The Villages and only two weeks later they are installed and spectacular. We needed an awning to block the harsh west sun cooking our lanai after 3:00 pm. We already had sun blocking shades that did not do enough. Our experience with Central Florida Awnings was great. Jamie was the rep that sold us on the Sunsetter awning and said 6- weeks delivery but we got in 3 weeks, just in time for our KY Derby party.
